Project Overview
Client's project background:
A Dubai-based event management company required a centralized system to manage and monitor a large number of IoT devices used during events. These devices were responsible for controlling various operational aspects, and the client needed better visibility, fault detection, and efficient handling of technical issues in real-time.
Our Solution:
We developed a scalable IoT Device Management System that allows real-time monitoring and control of all connected devices from a single platform. The system automatically detects device failures and assigns issues to the appropriate technicians, ensuring quick resolution while tracking the progress of each task. Additionally, the platform supports supplier coordination, enabling the client to efficiently manage procurement and communication for IoT devices. To ensure high performance and reliability, we built the solution using Next.js and Node.js, with PostgreSQL as the database. The system was containerized using Docker and deployed with Kubernetes, adopting a microservices architecture for better scalability, fault tolerance, and seamless system performance. This approach allowed the client to monitor, manage, and maintain all event-related IoT operations efficiently from one unified system.
