Project Overview
Client's project background:
An Israel-based client aimed to establish a loan-providing business in collaboration with multiple partners. The key challenge was managing loan disbursement while accurately tracking each partner’s investment and ensuring fair distribution of income based on their contribution percentages. The client also required a centralized system to manage financial records, client details, and overall business performance.
Our Solution:
We developed a comprehensive web-based system to manage the entire loan lifecycle and partner operations. The platform enables the client to onboard partners, record their individual investments, and securely manage partner bank details. When loans are issued, the system dynamically allocates funds based on each partner’s contribution percentage, ensuring accurate deduction and tracking. All financial activities—including income, expenses, and transactions—are recorded and managed both at a system-wide and partner-specific level. The solution also provides detailed insights such as partner-wise ROI, income, and expense tracking, allowing transparent financial management. Additionally, the system includes features to manage loan durations, monitor overdue payments, and maintain comprehensive client records. The platform was built using Next.js, Firebase, and Tailwind CSS, ensuring a responsive, scalable, and user-friendly experience tailored to the client’s operational needs.
